The Summer Chorus of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts presents &ldquo;Music for a Summer&rsquo;s Night.&rdquo; They will present their two annual concerts on Friday, August 14, at 7:00 PM at St. Mary of the Bay Church, 645 Main Street, Warren, RI, and on Saturday, August 15, at 7:00 PM at St. Thomas More Parish, 386 Luther Avenue, Somerset, MA.&nbsp; The concert program will include a wide array of music. Selections include: &ldquo;Songs of a Disney Villain,&rdquo; &ldquo;The Greatest Showman (Choral Medley),&rdquo; &ldquo;Anthem,&rdquo; from the musical Chess, &ldquo;Medley from Oklahoma!,&rdquo; &ldquo;TV Time!,&rdquo; featuring theme songs from classic television shows, &ldquo;Singin&rsquo; the 70&rsquo;s,&rdquo; Favorites from &ldquo;The Rat Pack,&rdquo; &ldquo;A Thousand Years,&rdquo; from The Twilight Saga, &ldquo;Nessun Dorma,&rdquo; from the Italian opera Turandot, &ldquo;Zadok the Priest&rdquo; by George Frederic Handel, and more. In addition, the Summer Chorus is expanding to include more instrumentalists, enhancing the concert experience for both its members and audience. Directed by Frank Wilhelm and accompanied by Erik Thompson, the Summer Chorus is composed of more than 75 singers from throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
