Have you ever felt like bursting into song during an improv scene? Are you wildly good at rhyming or want to get better? Then join us for a musical improv workshop!&nbsp; Taught by Kat Schelonka and Jack Patten from Unexpected Productions Improv in Seattle, this workshop will go over the fundamentals of musical improv and will help you develop skills in rhyming, rhythm, and how to weave all the pieces together. Jack is a Seattle-based improviser and instructor with Jet City Improv. He has recently appeared in&nbsp;Partition&nbsp;(Jet City Improv) and&nbsp;Tales of the Weird&nbsp;(ComedySportz Seattle). He is an experienced musical accompanist and served as musical director for shows such as&nbsp;Inside Voices&nbsp;(JCI),&nbsp;Last Call(JCI) and&nbsp;No Strings Attached&nbsp;(Unexpected Productions). Kat (she/they) is a Seattle-based improviser, director, and instructor specializing in musical improv and long-form narrative. She regularly performs with the Jet City Improv ensemble, and with the musical improv groups No Strings Attached (Unexpected Productions) and We Have Some Notes. They created and directed the improvised musicals Inside Voices and Last Call, and helped shape short-form musical shows at Jet City Improv. Other recent improv credits include Spellbound (Unexpected Productions), Actually Love (ComedySportz Seattle), and The Vision Euro Song Contest (ComedySportz Seattle).&nbsp; No singing experience is required, but some degree of improv experience is suggested.
