Through the Veterans History Project, we invite local veterans to sit down with a trained volunteer and share their experiences, memories, and reflections from their time in service.Interviews are relaxed, conversational, and conducted at a scheduled time that works for you. Your scheduled interview date and time are listed below:<h3 fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;">What to Expect</h3>Your interview will be a relaxed conversation about your military service and experiences. A trained volunteer interviewer will guide the conversation with questions, but most importantly, this is your opportunity to tell your story in your own words. We encourage you to arrive approximately 10&ndash;15 minutes before your scheduled interview so we can complete any necessary paperwork and get you settled before recording begins.If you have photographs, letters, journals, military documents, or other materials connected to your service that you would like to share, please feel free to bring them with you. We may be able to scan or document these items as part of preserving your story. You do not need to prepare a speech or memorize anything ahead of time. Simply come ready to share whatever parts of your experience you are comfortable discussing.Thank you again for being willing to share your story.
