Through intimate interviews, archival footage, and powerful visuals, this documentary uncovers the triumphs, challenges, and defining moments that have shaped Kayla Coleman&#39;s story.&nbsp; This red-carpet, Black-tie premiere offers a unique opportunity to witness the unveiling of a story that is both personal and universally resonant, highlighting the resilience and spirit of Naptown.&nbsp; At this event, we will be selling limited edition tees that commemorate the story of Kayla Coleman, with proceeds going back to Kayla and her business, The Glow Spot Indy. Naptown Narratives was created in 2021 to highlight the stories of everyday Black folks across Nap because all Black stories deserve beautiful stages. From Pan-Africanists to locticians to mental health advocates, this series has told the stories of countless people across Indianapolis. <a fr-original-style="" href="https://lifeinindy.com/" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Life in Indy</a> has sponsored the docuseries since its inception. The series--in its entirety--has been directed and produced by a Black woman-owned production company: <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.lovinglifeproductions.com/" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Loving Life Productions</a>.
