Join us for the District 31 Club Officer Training (COT) on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:30 AM &ndash; 12:30 PM ET at Nashua Public Library, 2 Court Street, Nashua, NH 03060. This training is designed to help incoming and current club officers prepare for a successful Toastmasters year through leadership development, officer role training, networking, and club success planning. Session Agenda:&bull; 9:15 AM ET &nbsp;&ndash; Breakfast &amp; Networking&bull; 9:30 AM ET &ndash; Officer Role Training - Peer Session Basic &bull; 10:30 AM ET &ndash; Club Success Plan -&nbsp;Elective Session &bull; 11:30 AM ET &ndash; Structured Table Topics with Evaluations - FUN! Food will be served. Peer Basic&nbsp;Peer Basic is designed specifically to benefit first-time club officers, though it is open to anyone who wants to sign up. The session starts with either a PowerPoint presentation of the role or a description of the key responsibilities of the role, depending on the session facilitator&rsquo;s preference, followed by a facilitated discussion of the role, with the facilitator ensuring that any questions asked are answered, and with the participants describing how they handle the various aspects of the role. &nbsp; Club Success PlanThe Club Success Plan (CSP) is a tool that puts a club and its members on track to achieve their goals and is a guide for attaining Distinguished status in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP). It is a roadmap to club success during the year, and is required to qualify for the DCP. Join us to learn how to complete the club success plan and submit before the September 30th deadline.
