Membership includes both National and Section dues:

• National NCNW Membership: $75
• NCNW Richmond Section Membership: $50

Membership Year: October 1 through September 30.

Dues Payment Period: January 1 – May 31 for the upcoming membership year. Dues become delinquent on June 1.

Membership Renewal

Thank you for renewing your membership with the NCNW Richmond Section! Your continued support helps advance our mission of empowering women of African descent, strengthening families, and serving our community.

Renewal Fee: $125

• $75 National NCNW Membership
• $50 NCNW Richmond Section Membership

Late Renewals: Payments received after May 31 must include the $10 National late fee, for a total of $135.

Membership Year: October 1 – September 30.

Life / Legacy Life Membership Renewal

For members who have completed their Life Membership ($1,000) or Legacy Life Membership ($1,500) payment.

Annual Renewal Fee: $75

• $50 NCNW Richmond Section Membership
• $25 National NCNW Annual Per Capita Fee

The Annual Per Capita Fee is required for all fully paid Life and Legacy Life Members beginning one year after full payment of their Life or Legacy Life Membership.

Life Membership Details

• Cost: $1,000 one-time payment (or installment options through some local sections).
• Perks: Includes NCNW eBlasts, recognition in SISTERS Magazine (print and digital), and a silver-plated lapel pin with purple gemstones.
• Ongoing Fees: Requires a $25 annual per capita fee starting one year after full payment, plus local section dues if affiliated with a chapter.

Section Dues Only (National Membership Dues Already Paid)

This payment option is for individuals who have already paid their National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) National Membership Dues and wish to pay only their NCNW Richmond Section Dues.

Please select this option only if your National membership is current and has been paid directly through NCNW National or another NCNW section. Section dues support local programs, community service initiatives, advocacy efforts, scholarships, member engagement activities, and the ongoing operations of the NCNW Richmond Section.

Before submitting payment, please ensure:

• Your National Membership Dues have already been paid.
• Your contact information is current and accurate.
• You are joining or renewing membership with the NCNW Richmond Section.
