Navigator’s USA La Mesa Chapter Family Agreement By signing this form you are agreeing to the following   --We agree to follow the Navigators USA Moral Compass when participating in any Navigators USA event, meeting, activity or interactions with Navigators USA participants.   --We understand that communication with our chapter is important in ensuring each participant’s progress. We agree to facilitate communication by responding to requests by our chapter leaders and volunteers within a week.  --Commitment to attend meetings and events is critical for the success of the chapter and each participant. We commit to attending at least as many activities as we can. If we have planned conflicts, we will communicate with the leaders and volunteers of upcoming absences.                    --We commit to following current CDC Covid guidelines to create a welcoming and safe environment, and to protect the health and safety of all participants. If a member of my family is experiencing sickness, is awaiting test results, or is out sick from school/work, we will not attend Navigators USA activities.  --If my family has selected to participate in a Navigator’s USA activity in which registration costs or fees are being covered with group funds, and does not attend (regardless of reason), we understand that we must reimburse the group the associated fees.                                    --As a new family, we agree to pay the $100 annual chapter dues by the third event we attend. Chapter dues will be spent on covering liability insurance and meeting supplies.
