Join us for the third annual NCS Family Carnival featuring classic carnival games and activities, cake walk, raffles, food trucks and fun for the whole family!&nbsp;The NCS Family Carnival is P4A&#39;s largest fundraiser of the year. Money raised will go towards bringing more family events to the Blackrock campus, teacher appreciation luncheons, and providing grants to students and teachers. Games&nbsp;Play over 15 carnival games for chances to win fun prizes.
