On Sunday, September 27th, Neighbors. Outreach will host our first Neighborhood Block Party: Ready for Winter at Phoenix Park Pavilion in downtown Eau Claire from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. This free community event will bring housed and unhoused neighbors, families, churches, businesses, volunteers, and local service organizations together for:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A community grill-out, music, games, and connection</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A blanket, sleeping bag, and winter-gear drive</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Hands-on supply-kit packing and encouraging note-writing</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Opportunities to volunteer, build partnerships, and learn more about local needs</li></ul>Our goal is much bigger than hosting a one-day fundraiser. We want to create a shared neighborhood gathering where people can eat together, serve together, form relationships, and help prepare for the increased needs that come with brutal Wisconsin winter.&nbsp;
