Join us Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Nicodemus, KS, for a morning of movement and celebration! The Historic Nicodemus 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:00 AM, with $25 online registration at <a fr-original-style="text-decoration-color:initial;-webkit-user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit;" href="http://www.kbfa.org" rel="noopener" style="text-decoration-color:initial;-webkit-user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit;" target="_new">www.kbfa.org</a> through July 31st or $35 on-site the day of the event. All participants receive a T-shirt and medal, and top male and female finishers earn a trophy. After the race, enjoy a Free Pancake Feed at 8:00 AM, sponsored by KBFA and Lehi Mill, featuring fresh pancakes, sausage, and good company. Pancake mix will be available for purchase.
