Night at the Races
General Admission

Tickets this year include appetizer, buffet style dinner, desserts and drinks with beer & wine included. Cash bar for any other alcohol. 10 standard races, and one auction race. Come prepared to win rights to own a horse for race number 11. (adults +21 years of age only)
Cork Pull

Pull a cork, and win/select a prize (bottles of wine, liquor, etc.) Note: all alcohol won at the event must remain and leave the building un-opened.
Free Hockey Tuition

Purchase a ticket between 0-99. Winning ticket may choose which player the organization donates “free tuition” for next season!
Beads
$10
3 for $10, $5 each
Purchase 3 strands for $10 or 1 strand for $5 with no limit until we run out. The DJ will call all the bead owners to the front of the room. Before each round, he’ll ask each participant to signify head or tails, he’ll flip a coin, then eliminate those who chose wrong. You must remove one strand of beads each time you are eliminated. Last person standing with bead splits the pot!
Silent Auction
Donations from all over will be presented and guests will have all night to bet by placing their name and betting on the sheet of paper for each item. After we call the auction closed, auction winners will first need to pay for their winnings before collecting them. Cash, Check (made out to Tri-County Hockey Association), or we’ll have tap to pay via Zeffy ready for the night.
The Grand Finale: Auction Race
The 11th and final race of the night is always the highest-stakes event. Instead of pre-sale horse naming rights, throughout the evening the DJ acts as a live auctioneer, auctioning off the horses for the final race to the highest bidders in the room. Individuals or tables pool their cash together to buy a horse. The final race is then played, and the "owners" of the winning horse walk away with a massive cash jackpot—taking home a sweeping 50% of all of auction proceeds, and 50% stays in the event pool.
