Night in the Noire Garden is an intimate evening honoring the inaugural Bloom Back cohort &mdash; seven women who made the courageous decision to choose healing after workplace trauma. Bloom Back is The Lotus Club&rsquo;s restorative cohort experience created specifically for Black women navigating grief, identity disruption, and emotional harm caused by toxic work environments. Since October 2025, this inaugural group has gathered twice monthly in community to process, rebuild, and reclaim their voices. Through guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, and culturally grounded support, they have committed to healing with intention. Each Bloom Back participant also receives six months of unlimited therapy access through our partnership with BetterHelp, ensuring care extends beyond the cohort space. During the evening, we will celebrate these women &mdash; and you will hear directly from them about their journeys. The evening will also feature a keynote from dynamic speaker Denise Thomas, the Founder and Owner of The Effective Communication Coach, a consultancy focused on transforming emerging and existing professionals into extraordinary leaders by mastering the art of effective communication, who will deliver a powerful message on voice, power, and reclaiming narrative. Suggested Attire: Cocktail attire in hues of pink, brown, and green, inspired by spring earth tones. Think soft florals, rich neutrals, and garden-inspired elegance.
