Getting to the ParkFrom the north: Follow US-23 to Wilds Road and travel east approximately 6 miles to the park entrance. From the south: Follow US-23 to Black River Road. Travel east 1.5 miles to Sand Hill Road, then continue north on Sand Hill Road for approximately 3 miles to the park entrance. Please note that Wilds Road and Sand Hill Road are seasonal roads. Drive slowly and be alert for oncoming traffic, pedestrians, and wildlife. AccessibilityThe event area is accessed via approximately 80 yards of gravel path followed by 80 yards of sandy dune trail. Michigan Recreation PassportA valid Michigan Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry into Negwegon State Park. Passports may be purchased when renewing your Michigan vehicle registration or online through the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Visitors without a Recreation Passport may purchase a daily pass (cash only) at the park.
