Rooted in the tradition of theatrical clowning and devised performance, “None of Your Business” is an intimate, genre-defying work that blends physical comedy, vulnerability, and stream-of-consciousness. This solo clown show is about a guy who's spent the last 10 years inside watching TV. Tonight, he emerges from his room only to stumble upon one of the most haunting experiences known to man: being in a room full of strangers at a party. Playfully dissecting social etiquette and internal monologue—revealing the absurdity, beauty, and contradictions of “being yourself” and maintaining privacy while in public. Will you join us for the party? 

Meister’s work invites the audience into a shared experience where laughter, silence, discomfort, and connection coexist. “None of Your Business” draws from a rich lineage of physical theatre, distinct character, and contemporary clowning to explore what it means to perform identity in everyday life.

About the Artist: 

Reshma Meister has been performing clown around Los Angeles for the last 3 years. She's performed at The Elysian Theatre, Dynasty Typewriter, Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Store, and more. She has devised work with Speigelworld, created many

digital skits for Fashion Brand Company, and recently made an appearance in "Sketchy Queens" developed by Liam Krug and Jinx Monsoon. She plays regularly within the clown ensemble FLWLS, astrology clown group, PLANETS,PLANETS,PLANETS, and is in a comedy duo with Sarah Shtern.
