This webinar is for those who provide group reflective supervision/consultation or facilitate reflective groups. This interactive workshop will explore the art of group leadership, with a focus on balancing organizational, individual, and group needs within different kinds of organizational, consultation and supervisory meetings. Participants will learn strategies for engaging participants, attuning to group dynamics, and structuring processes that foster reflection, broaden perspectives, and encourage collaboration.&nbsp; Objectives:By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Identify key aspects of the group leader&rsquo;s stance and role in reflective supervision, practice groups, and other organizational or team meetings.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Describe&nbsp;how the group leader cultivates intention, meaning, focus, and connection among participants during group meetings.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Practice formulating questions that promote reflection, broaden perspectives, and surface group needs and resources. &nbsp;</li></ol>
