Estas clases son en grupo con instrucción individual para cada estudiante,  y normalmente duran unas 2 horas. Como parte de la clase, tu instructor personal trabajará contigo para ayudarte a aprender a equilibrar, pedalear, frenar y dirigir tu bicicleta en un entorno seguro y cómodo sin presión. Tu instructor también se asegurará de que tu casco esté ajustado correctamente.   No necesitas tener una bicicleta ya que tenemos bicicletas de préstamo disponibles para que las uses, pero si traes la tuya, debe tener frenos de mano y estar en buen estado.</div> Debes tener tu propio casco para participar en la clase.
