After dinner the formal ceremony will begin honoring members of the military.&nbsp; Each year, OCAC hosts this event to recognize and honor members of the United States Armed Forces who have been identified by their Commanding Officers at JBCC and Woods Hole Coast Guard Sector Southeast for exceptional performance, notable achievements, leadership, and exemplary character.
