A mission-driven executive and community leader, Barbara is passionate about helping women cultivate the relationships, resources, and confidence needed to lead in business, in community, and in life.Her leadership extends throughout the Dayton region, including service with the African American Community Fund and the Human Race Theatre Company. She is also a proud graduate of YWCA Dayton&rsquo;s Sojourn Leadership &amp; Justice Academy.Hosting this gathering during Domestic Violence Awareness Month carries special meaning. YWCA Dayton and the Dayton Woman&rsquo;s Club share long histories of creating space for women&rsquo;s voices, leadership, advocacy, and connection. Barbara believes that when women build authentic relationships and use their influence together, they strengthen businesses, families, and the community as a whole.Barbara is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and lives in Dayton with her husband, Pastor Joshua Ward, and their three children.Our venue is fully accessible, with a ramp entrance and accommodations to welcome guests of all abilities.Your ticket purchase supports our mission of empowering women and strengthening our local community with historic preservation, public engagement, cultural activities, and educational programs.Cancellations must be made at least two days prior to the event.
