Join us for a day of silence, community, meditation, and dharma teachings as we explore the practice of mindful awareness. This day is suitable for any experience level of practitioner including beginners.&nbsp; The day will be held in silence with time to connect over meals. There will be guided meditations and teachings throughout the day in addition to silent sitting and walking periods, and optional individual meetings.
