We ask for a fully refundable deposit when you register. This helps us plan food, space, and materials accurately and it comes right back to you.

You'll get your full deposit back if you attend, or if you let us know at least 3 days (72 hours) ahead that you can't make it.

We cannot refund cancellations inside that 3-day window, since that's when our costs are already committed.

We know life happens with foster families. if you need to change your reservation, please reach out to office@cofosterparent.org as soon as possible.
