Join us for the On Deck Foundation&#39;s Youth Athletic Testing &amp; Evaluations (Boys &amp; Girls 8-12). This FREE event offers young athletes a chance to explore their skills in a supportive and safe environment. Sign your whole team up! Each athlete sets their own personal records and then breaks them! When we gather at McDade Park in Conroe, TX, we foster growth and community bonds. We hold Testing &amp; Evaluations every last Sunday of the Month. Our Pro Instructors &amp; dedicated volunteers guide the sessions, ensuring every participant feels included and valued. Sign up now to engage in this empowering experience. Athletes are tested in the following: total push-upstotal pull-upssit-ups (1 min)body squats (1 min)broad jumpvertical jump15 yd shuttle run20 yd sprint Please make sure every athlete is in proper shoes and clothing and has personal water. After initial Testing &amp; Evaluations, ODF offers additional opportunities for some youth and families.
