LXCL:Member chapters shall be responsible for paying Council dues of $300 each calendar year.

Membership Dues

Submit your chapter&rsquo;s annual $300 ONPHC council dues securely through Zeffy, our official no-fee payment platform. Payment is due by: April 30, 2026 &nbsp;Any dues received five (5) days after the deadline will be assessed a $25 late fee. Please note that Zeffy ensures 100% of your payment goes directly to the Council.
