Participant Verification & Attendance Requirements:
To qualify for the official OSHA General Industry completion card, OSHA regulations require LSI to verify each participant’s identity, attendance, and course completion. To meet these compliance requirements during live virtual delivery, each participant must:
- Individual Access: Join the course individually through the designated virtual platform.
- Camera & Audio: Keep a working camera on and an active microphone available to verify identity, presence, and participation during attendance checks.
- Active Engagement: Actively participate in course discussions, exercises, and required interactions.
- Full Attendance: Complete 100% of all 10 instructional hours without unapproved absences.
Participants who do not meet these identity verification, attendance, and participation requirements will be ineligible to receive an official OSHA student completion card.

A BGC Certified Industrial Hygienist and AIHA Fellow, Mr. Briggs brings over 43 years of multidisciplinary EHS experience from consulting across diverse public and private sectors globally.
