OTB-101 : - Saturday August 29 - 9am - Noon Coaches welcome. NICA&#39;s On-The-Bike 101 course fulfills the mountain bike skills requirement&nbsp;to become a Level 2 coach and ride leader. You will receive an OTB 101 Field Guide and 3 hours of instruction to prepare you to teach and demonstrate fundamental MTB skills. The objective of this course is o provide&nbsp;a consistent skills coaching language across all of the NICA leagues. This maximizes student&nbsp;learning and limits confusion as they encounter many different coaches across the League(s). This course will also cover some tips for NICA practices including setting up a short course to optimize skill progression and FUN! Prerequisites:1.
