Thank you for Partnering with Seedling Psychological Services annual Family FUN FAIR and 5k run! We are so excited to partner with WSU Vancouver Campus to enjoy the great scenic route to raise awareness and money for Maternal Mental Health. As our Nonprofit expands its ability to provide affordable and accessible care to our community, we are only able to make that happen with our incredible organizations to make an impact in those navigating the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum and even parenting. Our current Platinum Sponsors include Jersey Mikes, Whisper Running, Bounce and Battle, Vancouver Public Library, Groove Chiropractic.&nbsp; Start times:&nbsp;Set up begins at 7 amResource Booths open at 8:30 AMKids Trot: 9:30 AM&nbsp;5K Runners: 10 AM&nbsp;Enjoy lunch, coffee and treats afterwards!&nbsp;We will have music, games and loads of prizes!&nbsp; By completing this form and paying the $100 booth fee, you agree to the following:&nbsp; Seedling Psychological Services will provide:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Organizational Leadership in the planning and execution of the event.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Volunteers to help with the set up and clean up of the event.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Provide Marketing and communications creative press releases, signage and advertising.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Coordinate with WSU and the city of Vancouver, manage permitting and logistics.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Manage payment to vendors, payment processing companies, insurance and rental companies.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Identified 10 x 10 space on the WSU campus for optimal guest engagement.&nbsp;</li></ul>Community Partner (Booth Renter) will provide:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">$150 ($100 early bird) fee to cover rental, advertising and other expenses, paid via Zeffy either by ACH or Credit Card.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">10 x 10 pop up tent (optional)</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Table (and chairs if needed)</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">activity, swag or giveaways</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">NO sales of any sort.
