Project. Dr. Blake Scott is an expert storyteller, historian, published author, and associate professor of International and Environmental Studies at the College of Charleston. Project. Captain Chris Crolley, founder and owner of Coastal Expeditions, is a leading figure in ecotourism and outdoor guiding in the SC Lowcountry. He brings many practical experiences and perspectives from his over 30 years of exploring, guiding and advocating for the protection of our coastline and marshlands.
