Is it possible to &ldquo;feel&rdquo; history? Join us for an intimate, truly immersive, and embodied experience of Opus 40. You will be invited to slow down, to be curious, and to use your senses to connect more deeply with the historic, artistic, and cultural attributes of the site. The session is conducted in the tradition of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, a Japanese mindfulness experience that helps individuals access the healing properties of nature. It begins with warm-ups, centering, and breathing exercises, followed by a walk and an extended sit. &nbsp; Susan West Montgomery is a Kripalu-certified outdoor mindfulness guide.
