In 2019, Preston launched Pivot to Play&reg; to empower teachers everywhere to get kids moving during the school day and tackle the play gap head-on. Preston is the author of two books, &ldquo;123...Kindergarten: Snack-Sized Tidbits to Prepare Preschoolers for Elementary School&rdquo; and &ldquo;If Broccoli Were A Cookie: Recipes to Expand Kids&rsquo; Palates One Teaspoon at a Time.&rdquo; Above all, Preston&rsquo;s proudest achievement is her two daughters.
