LXCL:Your ticket for Pachamanca includes full dinner plus a cocktail and appetizer in the field as Chef Raffi prepares the meal over coals in the ground. Dinner will be served around a communal table in the barn with the chefs eating with us.

Please join us for this very special dining experience at Subcircle Residency with Chef Raffi Zimmerman of Lost Llama.&nbsp; Pachamanca is an ancient Andean way of cooking, pacha meaning earth and manca meaning cooking pot. &nbsp;It is our way of giving thanks to mother earth, pachamama. &nbsp;The cooking is done in an underground oven called a huatia, made from fire heated stones layered with meats and vegetables,, wrapped in herbs and banana leaves before finally being sealed in and let cook for a couple of hours. *Tickets are limited to 15 people. Maximum of two tickets per customer.
