Cancellations PolicyCancellations will be accepted 20 working days prior to the event and a 50% refund will be issued. after that your payment will be lost.Please contact PAL Michigan if you will arrive late. We ask stallholders to provide pictures of their product where possible. DocumentsIt is your responsibility as a trader to have all the relevant required documents up to date and in place for your particular trade/craft/business. Public Liability InsuranceIt is highly recommended that all stallholders have their own public liability insurance, as no responsibility will be taken for any damages, theft or accidents. PAL Michigan will not be liable for any damages. Health &amp; SafetyFor health and safety reasons all stalls must be set up at least 40 minutes before the Event starts, and not dismantled when the event ends.If you are going to be late on the day, please call prior to the event start.Please do not extend your stalls or place products to the side or front of the table provided as this can restrict movement and cause tripping hazards. StallsYou will be provided with a location of your stall.Please bring your own stall display/stand options or table.PAL will not be providing any electrical outlets for stalls.Please bring you own canopies for the space.No internet or WIFI at the location will be provided by PAL.All stalls must look well presented, and covered with tent or canopy .On arrival a plan will indicate your stall, which will also be indicated with the name of the stallholder.
