Fee includes 1 space at Gazebo Park. Vendor is responsible to: Provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Provide their own tent weights. Vendors will sell/offer only the products and/or services specified and approved. Vendors will remove all vending equipment, garbage container(s) and debris from the site upon the conclusion of the event. By submitting the vendor fee, you agree to the above and that: W.E.C.A.N., the Borough of Waterford, and all their entities, officials, officers, and event sponsors will not be held liable for any injuries, loss, theft, or damage to yourself or any of your products.
