The Opening Ceremony on May 30 at 6:00 PM at Emeco House will mark the official unveiling of over 30 miniature local landmarks, schools, and dioramas created as part of the Pali&ndash;Altadena Collective. This evening is designed as a moment of recognition&mdash;honoring what was lost while celebrating the resilience and spirit of our community. Guests will have the opportunity to walk through the exhibition, see the detailed miniature recreations of beloved schools and neighborhood spaces, and hear reflections from students and community members involved in the project. The ceremony will serve as both an artistic unveiling and a collective acknowledgment of our shared journey through loss, healing, and rebuilding. To make the evening feel like home, a popular Palisades food truck will be on site serving food and drinks&mdash;bringing familiar flavors back into our gathering space. Our hope is that this opening becomes not just an exhibition launch, but a meaningful reunion and step forward together as a community.
