As the Cultural Officer at the renowned "Valley of the Latte," he has facilitated traditional workshops such as Traditional Baking (hotnu), Coconut Weaving (tinifok), Mwarmar Weaving (henton u'lu), Salt Making (ma'ma Salinas), Coconut Oil Making (ma'ma Tika), and Rope Making (ma'ma halon). His passion for sharing our heritage has taken him to different parts of the United States, where he has conducted weaving workshops in Tacoma, Washington, Long Beach, and San Diego. He has even represented Guam in international events like the World Dance Festival in Europe and as a FESTPAC delegate in the Solomon Islands 2012, Guam 2016 and Hawaii 2024.</span></span></div></div><div><div><span><br /></span></div></div><div><div><span><span>With his extensive knowledge, Tony also co-founded the renowned "Hotnu Bakery," where he baked traditional breads in a brick oven, preserving the culinary traditions of our island.
