Beyond the Barriers: Turning Lived Experience Into System Change with keynote speaker, Heidy LaFleur, will explore the power of lived experience in shaping stronger, more compassionate systems of care. Through her personal journey as a parent navigating complex systems for her son, Heidy will speak to the barriers families face, the importance of trust and authentic partnership, and how moving beyond simply listening to families toward shared leadership can create meaningful change. This session will also help lay the foundation for developing regional Lived Experience Advisory Panels across our CNA region.
