This two-day training is designed for nonprofit leaders, board members, officers, emerging leaders, and community members who want to strengthen their knowledge of effective organizational governance.Topics will include Robert&rsquo;s Rules of Order, parliamentary law and procedures, nonprofit organizational governance, and financial management of nonprofit organizations.
