2027 Pastors & Spouses Retreat Three days set apart for the ones who shepherd everyone else. Come rest your soul, sing loud, laugh with old friends, and leave with practical tools to lead a healthier, longer, more joyful ministry. Worship. Rest. And Real Tools for the Road Ahead.Healthy, effective leadership begins with the leader. Across three short, focused sessions with John Opalewski — framed by worship and plenty of open space to breathe — we'll build a foundation strong enough to carry the weight of ministry, and learn to release that weight to the leaders God has already placed around you.
