Patchtown Days Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 35th annual Patchtown Days, a celebration of our anthracite communities' rich heritage and ever-evolving culture at Eckley Miners' Village - Pennsylvania's 19th-century mining town!


In registering for this event, you agree to abide by the following rules and procedures:

  • Space will be reserved for you upon receipt of application and payment. Staff will assign you a location and cannot guarantee returning vendors their previous locations.
  • Set-up will begin at 9am on each event day and must be completed by 10am. Limited Friday set-up may be available with approval from the event coordinator.
  • Tear-down will begin at 4pm on each event day and must be completed by 5pm. Please note that there will be no vehicle traffic on Eckley Main Street between 4pm and 7pm on Saturday 6/14. Alley access will be available.
  • If you wish to have a tent larger than 10'x10' or a trailer at your location, please inform the event coordinator of its size.
  • We cannot provide storage for any participant.
  • Patchtown Days is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued in the case of inclement weather.
  • Eckley Miners' Village, the Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission, and the Pennsylvania Heritage Foundation are not responsible for any liability resulting from loss, damage, or personal injury.

Vendor Registration

Electrical Hookup

Reserves access to one 110-volt power outlet for both days.
Table Rental

Reserves one 6' folding table for one day. Staff will deliver to your assigned spot.
Chair rental

Reserves one molded plastic chair for one day. Staff will deliver to your assigned spot.
