Paws, Pause &amp; Think is a small, closed CBT group where children can learn and practice skills to help them navigate school, friendships, emotions, and everyday challenges.Through fun activities, games, role-play, and hands-on projects, participants will work on:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Managing worries &amp; emotions</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Helpful thinking</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Coping skills</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Problem-solving</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Communication</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Asking for help</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Building confidence</li></ul>Each child will also create their own felt coping puppy throughout the group! 🐾
