The Pine Creek High School Swim and Dive Summer Program is designed for athletes who want to stay active, improve their skills, and continue training in a fun and supportive environment throughout the summer months. Our swimming program is open to high school students looking to maintain conditioning, sharpen technique, and prepare for the upcoming high school season&mdash;without the pressure of a year-round club commitment. Practices focus on endurance, stroke development, race skills, and overall fitness while still allowing athletes time to enjoy their summer. Our diving program is open to athletes ages 9&ndash;18 and provides focused instruction on fundamentals, technique progression, conditioning, and confidence on the boards. Sessions are intentionally limited in size to ensure individualized coaching and athlete development. Both programs are open to Pine Creek High School students and athletes from the surrounding community. Whether you are preparing for competition, staying in shape for another sport, or simply looking to improve in the water, the Pine Creek Swim &amp; Dive Summer Program offers a flexible, energetic, and team-focused training experience.

We are excited to have you joining us this summer for a fun, energetic, and rewarding experience in the water. Whether your athlete is training to prepare for the upcoming high school season, improving technique, staying in shape, or simply enjoying time with teammates and coaches, we are looking forward to a great summer together. PROGRAM INFORMATIONSWIMMING PROGRAM&bull; Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays&bull; 3:00 PM &ndash; 4:30 PM&bull; June 2 &ndash; July 30 DIVING PROGRAMSession 1: June 16&ndash;18Session 2: June 23&ndash;25Session 3: July 14&ndash;16Session 4: July 21&ndash;23 IMPORTANT NOTES&bull; Swimming is open to high school athletes.&bull; Diving is open to athletes ages 9&ndash;18.&bull; Please arrive 10&ndash;15 minutes early each day.&bull; Athletes should bring a water bottle, towel, goggles (swimmers), and appropriate practice gear.&bull; Divers should bring dryland/training shoes if available. Our goal is to provide a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where athletes can continue developing their skills while still enjoying their summer.
