In this four-week intermediate course, participants will advance their machine sewing skills and learn to create garments. This course dives deeper into fabric selection, how to cut out your project, and seam finish options. Students will make lounge pants/shorts.

Through this course, you will learn: 

-Fabric selection, woven vs. knit

-Laying out fabric for pattern cutting

-Pattern cutting

-Hemming a garment

-Seam finishes

All materials are included in the class fee. We have sewing machines in-house for students to use, but you are welcome to bring your own machine if you have one.
