One lucky contestant will win a medium-large full color or black and grey pet portrait in Shelby’s unique style, valued at $500-$875. The tattoo session(s) will occur at Horseshoe Tattoo in Lexington, KY. 100% of the proceeds of this raffle will benefit Saved By Fate Dog Rescue, a 501c3 non-profit organization that rescues dogs and cats from Kentucky animal shelters. A random winner will be selected and announced on 5/24. The winner must provide a picture(s) of the pet of their choosing, and Shelby will customize the tattoo portrait based on what the winner wants to include in the tattoo.
