Eat farm fresh through the winter! Each pickup includes fresh greens from our high tunnels (which could include arugula, asian greens, kale, lettuce and spinach) plus storage crops such as beets, carrots, garlic, onions, potatoes, cabbage turnips, radishes, and daikon radishes.

Winter CSA distribution will be for eight pickups market style, like our main season CSA. You will get to choose which ten items you take home with you each time.

What is included:

Get a Half Pound or roughly 1 quart of mushrooms each week. You can purchase more than one share as desired! Varieties include mostly oyster and shiitake with some lions mane. This share will run from June through November.

Enjoy weekly yogurt from Chaseholm Farm!

Chaseholm Farm started making yogurt in 2017 with the help of Hawthorne Valley Farm. They bring their milk there to have it processed into their own unique yogurt recipe. Their yogurt is made with whole milk and you'll see a distinctive layer of cream that rises to the top of each container. Depending on the time of year and how much growing grass the cows are eating the cream might be a golden yellow, showing you its nutritional benefits right on top. This yogurt is delicious and so good to have on hand for breakfast or as an ingredient in many great recipes.

What is included:

Receive one quart per week of delicious, local yogurt.

How it works:

Our CSA distribution is operated market-style at our farm so that households can choose what they like and will eat. Yogurt shares will be available at the check-in table. Nightingale farm is located in Marlboro and focuses their production on care and respect for land and people.

What is included

Our SUMMER Berry and Fruit Share includes either 2 quarts or 5lbs (or a combination) of fruit and berries each week. We hope to include strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, plums, and nectarines. However our fruit farmers have been facing more and more uncertainty as the climate changes, so this is a projection and not a guarantee!

How it works:

This SUMMER Berry + Fruit Share is for the first 13 weeks of our regular season CSA, running from June through August. Our CSA distribution is operated market-style at our farm so that households can choose what they like and will eat. Berry+fruit shares will be available at the check-in table. Members will pick up weekly on either Tuesdays (2:30 - 6PM) or Saturdays (9-12PM). You will use the name given at checkout to sign in at distribution.

Cost:

The retail price of this share is $290 up front for 13 weeks (or about $22 per week).

Winter eggs from Titusville Farm!

Eggs in our Winter Egg Share are from Titusville Farm, a regenerative farm right down the road from PFP. Titusville Farm is a four-season, diversified vegetable and fruit farm with regenerative and biodynamic principles. Chickens are raised in movable pasture pens that are moved regularly.

What is included:

Receive 1 dozen eggs per winter pick up.
