Indoor Booth
$25

🏠 Indoor Booth – Premium Space (10’ x 10’)

Our Indoor Booths offer a premium, weather-protected location inside the McCauley Community Center — perfect for crafters, handmade artisans, and bakers who want a comfortable, high-traffic setting for the day.

Each indoor space measures approximately 10’ x 10’, giving you plenty of room to create an inviting and professional display while staying within your assigned booth area.

Important Details:

  • Table and chairs are not included.
  • Tables are available to rent for an additional $5 per table (see add-on option below).
  • Electricity is available for display purposes only (lighting, small displays — no heaters, ovens, or high-draw equipment).
  • Vendors must provide their own extension cords and tape down cords for safety.
  • Vendors must remain fully set up by 9:00 AM and may not tear down before 3:00 PM without prior approval.

Indoor booths are ideal for vendors who prefer a climate-controlled environment and a polished presentation space in the heart of the event.

Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Outdoor Booth

For CRAFTER, ARTISANS & BAKERS ONLY:

Our Outdoor Covered Booths are located on the McCauley Community Center deck and provide overhead protection while still allowing you to enjoy the vibrant outdoor festival atmosphere.

These spaces measure approximately 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep and are ideal for artisans, crafters, and bakers who prefer fresh air and strong event visibility.

Important Details:

  • This space is covered but outdoors — vendors should still prepare for wind and temperature changes.
  • Tables and chairs are not included. Table rentals are available for $5 per table.
  • Vendors must supply their own display materials, extension cords (if needed), and secure all items safely.
  • Electricity is available for display purposes only (no heaters, ovens, or high-draw equipment).
  • Booth assignments are final unless adjusted by Phoebe Needles Center, Inc.
  • All vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM and remain open until 3:00 PM.

Covered outdoor spaces offer a great balance of shelter and outdoor energy in a high-traffic area.

Outdoor Small Business Booth

FOR SMALL BUSINESSES & DIRECT SALES PROFESSIONALS (Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Mary Kay, Avon, etc.)


Our Outdoor Covered Booths are located on the McCauley Community Center deck and provide overhead protection while still allowing you to enjoy the vibrant outdoor festival atmosphere.

These spaces measure approximately 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep and are ideal for small businesses or direct sales professionals.

  • This space is covered but outdoors — vendors should still prepare for wind and temperature changes.
  • Tables and chairs are not included. Table rentals are available for $5 per table.
  • Vendors must supply their own display materials, extension cords (if needed), and secure all items safely.

Non-Profit Booth
Pay what you can

NOTE: This is a "Pay what you can" ticket, but no payment is required. Just leave the payment amount blank, and you should be able to click through the registration without entering payment info.


Phoebe Needles Center, Inc. welcomes local non-profit organizations to participate by hosting an informational booth to share their mission and community impact.

This complimentary booth option is designed strictly for promotion and outreach — no sales permitted.

Important Details:

  • Booth space must be used for informational purposes only.
  • No merchandise or fundraising sales are allowed.
  • Non-profits must provide their own tables, chairs, and display materials (table rental available for $5).
  • Displays must remain within the assigned booth area and be appropriate for a family-friendly event.
  • Set-up begins at 6:30 AM and tear-down begins at 3:00 PM.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with families and community members while promoting your organization’s work.

Yard Sale/Flea Market Space

Our Outdoor Flea Market & Yard Sale Spaces are perfect for community members who want to sell gently used items, vintage finds, collectibles, or household goods.

These spaces are located outdoors and are uncovered, so vendors should plan accordingly for sun, wind, or rain.

Important Details:

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, tents (if desired), and display materials.
  • Space size may vary but must remain within your assigned area.
  • Electricity is not guaranteed for flea market spaces.
  • All items must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions and applicable sales tax.
  • Set-up begins at 6:30 AM and tear-down begins at 3:00 PM (no early breakdown without approval).

This is an affordable way to participate and clear out treasures while connecting with the community.
