Departure is at 9:00 AM sharp from The Oval, in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The bus will leave Washington, D.C., National Mall at 7:00 PM sharp. Student discount is available.&nbsp; You can also donate a ticket for someone else to ride for free by purchasing a ticket and entering &quot;Free&quot; as the first name and &quot;Ticket&quot; as the last name of the passenger.
