Phonics to Published (P2P) is Girls of Leadership&rsquo;s literacy-to-publishing program designed to help girls strengthen their reading, writing, confidence, leadership, and financial skills.Throughout the program, girls will participate in three connected learning experiences:Literacy &amp; Publishing Girls will strengthen foundational reading skills and develop their creative writing through Concepts of Phonics (COP), with support from vetted educators. Each participant will work toward becoming a published author through HappiGirl Press, the Girls of Leadership publishing imprint.Financial Literacy In partnership with Budget Me Black, girls will learn practical money-management skills and begin building confidence around saving, spending, budgeting, and financial decision-making.Leadership &amp; Confidence Development Throughout the program, girls will strengthen their self-esteem, communication, leadership, and personal voice. The experience will culminate in a Book Sale Event where each girl will have the opportunity to sell her published book, earn real income, and experience entrepreneurship firsthand.Program Dates: October 2026&ndash;February 2027 Program Fee:&nbsp;$60 suggested registration fee Pay-What-You-Can options are available because we do not want cost to prevent a girl from participating.Space is limited.
