PROGRAMSteve Reich&#39;s mesmerizing Piano Phase (1967) for two pianos sets up a hypnotic sound space that is a musical meditation on the ancient canon form in post-modern treatment. Performed by half of Princeton&#39;s very own <a fr-original-style="" href="https://sopercussion.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; -webkit-user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Sō Percussion</a>. Sergei Rachmaninov&#39;s Six Morceaux, Op.11 (1894)&nbsp;for four hands delivers his usual lush treatment of the piano with exciting settings of Russian folk themes and dances.
