Pilates en Fran&ccedil;ais is a movement experience taught in French, open to all levels 🧘&zwj;♀️. &nbsp;Inspired by the beauty, rhythm, and spirit of Francophone Cameroon. This special fundraiser class blends intentional Pilates movement with the richness and warmth of Cameroonian culture. Taught in French by special guest instructor Doriane, the class invites participants into an immersive experience centered around strength, breath, and joy.More than just a class, Pilates en Fran&ccedil;ais is an opportunity to move with purpose while supporting the mission of the Rouslan Johnny Youth Sports Foundation &mdash; helping provide youth in Cameroon with access to elite athletic development, mentorship, and health education.Move together.
