Come Try Our New Pilates Mat Class
Selected Tuesdays 8AM
Pilates is a workout practice designed to build core strength, mobility and alignment, while teaching your brain to connect to movement in more efficient ways.
We will use body weight, resistance bands and other small props to create full body, bone building workouts. Sign up for our first session of 10 once a week 55 minute classes. (Beginning March 4. No class on April 22 or 29). Spring session ends May 20th
Your instructor will be KAMII member Marcy Schlessinger. Marcy has been teaching Pilates Mat and Equipment classes since 2006 at various locations in the Hyde Park area. Her emphasis in class is on understanding and maintaining proper form in order to achieve the best results.
All proceeeds will be donated to KAM Isaiah Israel
