Private Firefly Tour at Colhoun

Enjoy a private evening at New Canaan Land Trust’s Colhoun Preserve on Davenport Ridge on Tuesday, June 29, with a rain date of June 30.

Led by Robin Bates-Mason, Executive Director of New Canaan Land Trust, the tour will begin at 8:30 p.m. Guests will learn about the preserve, the fascinating world of fireflies, and simple ways to create a firefly-friendly habitat at home. Then, as dusk settles around 9:00 p.m., watch as the fireflies emerge and light up the

preserve—a magical summer experience in one of New Canaan Land Trust’s protected open spaces.
