Sticking Together: A POUND Workout for the Korean Adoptee Community

We are so excited to be partnering with Aimee Sue Ladin as our instructor for this POUND® workout for the Korean adoptee community!

This event is open to Korean adoptees and our loved ones of all ages. Aimee will guide us through a fun 45-minute workout, and afterwards we'll have some time to come together and enjoy some food.

What is provided?
AK Connection and Aimee will provide the space, Ripstix, bottled water, and a Chipotle burrito bowl station.

What to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Be sure to wear comfy clothes and shoes for a rockin' good time! While we will provide bottled water, please feel free to bring your own beverage(s).

What's POUND®?
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.
